Subscribe & Save on our website.

This new feature for us has had a great response for the majority of our customers. However, there are few things we would like to make you aware of going forward.
We try our best to keep all our products at a static retail price. However, there is always a chance that product prices can have minor fluctuations.
Our couriers are of course ‘Third Party’ and do have the right to change their fees too. Typically this could be fuel surcharges or carriage fees. Again, we try to liaise with our couriers to keep the same ethos as our product pricing, but we can only ask. What they do is another thing.

Subscribe & Save workflow example.

When you start a Subscribe & Save on a product, your order will go through as normal at the checkout price including shipping. In this example, let’s say you order a £50.00 product for a once a month interval plus shipping of £6.10. Your total S&S basket would be £56.10 monthly. After the first month, you will be notified that your next (second order) is due, and ask you to manually accept your S&S to confirm you want an automated service moving forward. (Think of this as ‘a second chance’ to either continue the service or end it). Once you confirm, you would receive all future updates confirming payments and shipping processes.

In rare cases, prices can change and these would be reflected in that particular payment. Going back to our example. Within that month, shipping went up 0.20p – your order would now be £56.30. This would be the same if the price went down.

The bottom line is we try to do our best to keep prices the same but please do stay vigilant with possible price changes. It is always your Right to cancel any order or subscription at any time pre shipping date.
